We are seeking a skilled EMS Tablet Support Technician to provide technical support for EMS ePCR/ETHAN tablets and their components. This role involves managing tablet inventory, assignments, installations, and training while troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have expertise in teleconferencing software and mobile broadband technologies to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain imaging, distribution, and updates for EMS ePCR tablets.
- Install and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Manage and troubleshoot remote management and teleconferencing tools.
- Assist with resolving mobile broadband hardware and software issues.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- Experience: At least three years of professional experience in systems analysis, design, or programming. Preferred experience in wireless technologies, teleconferencing tools, and remote management systems.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and data preservation.
- Familiarity with teleconferencing tools such as Cisco Jabber and Microsoft Teams.

- Ability to interpret and apply technical guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.
Work Conditions
- Occasionally requires light lifting of equipment (20-40 lbs).
